Distribution Type

Procedure for PESCO New Connection Online 2023

To apply for a new connection online, you need to visit the ENC (Electricity New Connection) system or the online application portal. You must complete all the required fields thoroughly, ensuring that the information you provide is authentic. Please note that the ENC does not accept fake information.

  • Please mention the applicant’s full name, including the father’s name. Also, indicate whether you are the landowner or if it’s a rental property.
  • Choose your citizenship status from the PESCO application form: whether you are a Pakistani national or a foreigner.
  • Please provide your complete present address, along with your CNIC and mobile number. Additionally, you must provide an alternative mobile number.
  • Next, you are required to provide contact person information for communication in case of any need. This includes the contact person’s name, their relationship with the applicant, address, mobile number, and email.

Procedure for PESCO New Connection by Hand

  • Firstly, print out the application form for LESCO’s new connection to your nearby PESCO office, or website.
  • Next, read out the application form carefully, and fill it according to the demand of the application. Attach the required documents.
  • Then, submit this form to the nearest PESCO office. After that, PESCO verifies your form. The application can take 15 days to process.
  • When your form gets verified, a demand notice will be issued to you. Then, you have to pay the charges and attach other required documents.

For the installation of an industrial connection, you must provide additional documents in addition to all the other attachments mentioned earlier, such as

Affidavit Form Copy

(as per the template available at the relevant office on Stamp Paper and duly verified by an Oath Commissioner) confirming the absence of an existing electricity connection at the requested location and the absence of any outstanding debts. However, should any outstanding dues be discovered subsequently, the applicant will be responsible for settling those debts first.

Resolution from the board of Directors in favor of the signatory

In cases involving multiple owners, a power of attorney must be provided in favor of the individual submitting the application on behalf of the other owner(s). This power of attorney should be executed on stamp paper as per the provided specimen and duly attested by an Oath Commissioner.

Plan to establish a company in Pakistan, you must submit the memorandum to the company registrar at the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) in accordance with the Companies Act of 2017.
